Merchandising Plan

At WWFE our OBJECTIVE is to generate increased sales and market share through a combination of your advertising schedule and our merchandising program. The promotion of a products to both the trade and consumers increases the supply and demand, thus generating more sales.

Our STRATEGY is to create strong product identification and brand awareness,
both on-air and in-store, to build a demand for your product.

WWFE's Merchandising Plan will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed

 


Tools

1. CORRESPONDENCE
WWFE'S Merchandising Department, mails out letters notifying owners, managers and buyers
of our upcoming radio and merchandising campaign, also your product will be advertised in the participating store circular for a specific week.

2. VISITS
Our Merchandising Director will team-up with the Manufacturer's Rep. To visit participating storeowners or group buyers. The Merchandising Director will describe the promotional
program benefits, solicit participations and ask for a minimum case participation, etc and the
Manufacturer's Rep will layout what his product price allowances are, etc

3. POINT OF PURCHASE (POP)
POP material with your brand logo is printed, placed and maintained at the stores during
promotional period.

4. DISPLAYS
According to price allowances, stores will participate with en-displays. To encourage store participation we will hold display contests. Store managers and owners will be given the
Station's Promotional material and those with the best displays will win: audio & TV equipment, cruises, etc. Once the store commits to a display our team can build/monitor the display.

5. SAMPLES AND COUPONS
This service is offered as an optional package, to induce trial at the point of purchase.
